We usually dispatch your order within 2 working days once the payment is received except for Same-Day and Next-Day delivery. If the item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options.
For Singapore, we will dispatch your order using either SingPost, Smartpac or via other local courier service provider. Regardless, all the packages will have tracking numbers so that we can keep track of your order.
For international shipping, we will dispatch your order using either SingPost, or via other international courier service provider. Please note that customers are responsible to pay for any import duties and taxes incurred.
