If your Konfidence product does not fit, you may email us within 5 working days upon receipt of your product. We will gladly provide one-time free exchange for you. All you need to do is to ship the item back to us. The exchange item must be in a re-saleable condition, along with all labels, hang tags and original packaging.
If you would like to change the colour/design of your Konfidence product, you may email us within 5 working days upon receipt of your product. All you need to do is to ship the item back to us. The exchange item must be in a re-saleable condition, along with all labels, hang tags and original packaging. Do note that you need to bear the shipping cost for re-delivery.
Due to hygiene reason, we do not accept any product which has been used, tried or tested in the water. These items are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless defective (which we hope it won’t happen as we take pride in giving our customers the highest quality products).

Please use the appropriate size envelope/box (we recommend that you use the same or similar packaging) to ensure that the item will not creased. Do not fold the item as it will damaged the neoprene material. We recommend that you use registered mail to avoid any mis-handling during transit.
Do contact us prior to sending the item back so that we will keep a lookout and reserved the requested item ready to be shipped.
Once we received the item and verified suitable for exchange, the correct size/colour /design item will be posted out to you within 2 working days. If your item is defective, we are happy to reimburse you the shipping cost for sending the item back to us for exchange (only applicable for Singpost via registered mail). Alternatively, we can arrange a courier service to pick up the item from you.
