Exchanges and Refunds

We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We perform checks prior to delivery to make sure that all goods sent are in good condition but we understand sometimes human errors do occur.

For KONFIDENCE products

If your Konfidence product does not fit, please email us within 7 working days upon receipt of your product. We will gladly provide one-time free exchange for you.  All you need to do is to ship the item back to us. The exchange item must be in a re-saleable condition, along with all labels, hang tags and original packaging.

If you would like to change the colour/design of your Konfidence product, do email us within 7 working days upon receipt of your product. All you need to do is to ship the item back to us. The exchange item must be in a re-saleable condition, along with all labels, hang tags and original packaging. Do note that you need to bear the shipping cost for re-delivery.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any product which has been used, tried or tested in the water. These items are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless defective (which we hope it won’t happen as we take pride in giving our customers the highest quality products).

For returns using Singpost delivery, you may return the item with all the original packaging to:

Please use the appropriate size envelope/box (we recommend that you use the same or similar packaging) to ensure that the item will not creased. DO NOT FOLD the Swim Jacket, BabyWarma, Childwarma etc. as it may damaged the neoprene material. We recommend that you use trackable service to avoid any mis-handling during transit.

Do contact us prior sending the item back so that we will keep a lookout and reserved the requested item ready to be shipped. Check our Contact Us page for contact details.

Once we received the item and verified suitable for exchange, the correct size/colour /design item will be posted out to you within 2 working days. If your item is defective, we are happy to reimburse you the shipping cost for sending the item back to us for exchange. Alternatively, we can arrange a courier service to pick up the item from you.

For BabyBlanket™ Sunscreen and Balm! Baby products 

Due to safety reason, all BabyBlanket Sunscreen™  products are NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. If you have any feedback, please let us know and we are more than happy to assist you.

For Other products 

We are happy to exchange the items if you are not satisfied with the products. The exchange item must be in a re-saleable condition, along with all labels, hang tags and original packaging (if any). We will reimburse you one-time shipping cost for sending the item back to us for exchange (only applicable for Singpost via registered mail). Alternatively, we can arrange a courier service to pick up the item from you at a small fee.
